Minimum order quantities vary by product. For standard custom rolling papers, our MOQ typically starts at 100 booklets, while custom accessories may have different requirements.
How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Standard production and shipping for custom orders generally takes 3 to 4 weeks. We also offer expedited shipping options if you need your products for a specific event or launch.
What file formats do you accept for custom artwork?
To ensure the highest print quality, we prefer high-resolution vector files in AI, EPS, or PDF formats. High-resolution PNG or JPG files are also accepted if they meet our DPI requirements.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.
Can I request a physical sample before placing a bulk order?
We offer a sample pack program where you can see the quality of our materials and printing. For a specific custom prototype of your design, a pre-production sample fee may apply.
What is your return policy for customized items?
Due to the personalized nature of custom-branded products, we cannot accept returns unless the items are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of receipt if there is an issue.
